Announcement of the hearing on departmental rules

The City of Albuquerque, Department of Family and Community Services (“Department”) hereby invites public contributions to proposed updates to the Social service contracts Procurement rules who regulate the procurement of social benefits with the ministry.

Copies of the draft rules updates are available from the City of Albuquerque, Family and Community Services Department, November 4, 2021 to November 18, 2021 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. availableNS Floor, Room 504, Old City Hall, One Civic Plaza, Albuquerque, NM 87102. The documents can also be found on the department’s website at retrieved / administrative requirements.

Pursuant to Article 15, Section 2-15-3 ROA 1994, the public is encouraged to submit contributions in person or in writing. Written and oral testimony are accepted at a public hearing by Zoom at the following link:
