The Senior Cybersecurity Major was part of the duo that won the Best Undergrad Research Poster award at the Women in Cybersecurity 2021 Symposium. “The connections I made in the NKU Cyber Defense Team (NKCyber) landed me my dream internship at Kroger,” she says. “I got all these opportunities because of NKU. When I started, I had no idea it would lead to this.” Kinder’s positive attitude towards the doer, combined with her NKU education, led her to an internship at Kroger, one of the largest retailers in the US.
