Designed by Woody Chen from Infocus and developed by Yaniv Zohar, the buildings result in a total of 18 apartments. Six units are available on NYC Housing Connect for 130 percent median income (AMI) residents with an Eligible Income of $ 61,715 to $ 167,570.

Facilities include an elevator, bicycle lockers and a fitness room. The residences are equipped with washing machines and dryers in the residential units. The tenants are responsible for electricity for cooking, heating and hot water.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two-bedroom, one-bedroom rentals with $ 1,800 monthly rent for incomes between $ 61,715 and $ 139,620, and four studios with $ 2,000 monthly rent for incomes between $ 68,572 and $ 167,570.

Prospective tenants must meet the income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online by January 20, 2022 at the latest.
