Kim Kardashian is wrapped in Balenciaga warning tape by four assistants at Paris Fashion Week

Kim Kardashian had her hands full as she dressed for the Balenciaga Winter 22 22 show during Paris Fashion Week.

On Sunday, the 41-year-old SKIMS mogul shared videos that showed four assistants wrapping her body neck-to-toe in yellow Balenciaga-brand barrier tape.

“Getting ready for the @balenciaga show,” Kim captioned the first clip she shared to her Instagram story.

Kim covered her famous curves in a skintight black bodysuit and wore black pointed-toe boots.

The reality star reclined in a chair while assistants busily wrapped duct tape around her arms and legs.

Additional rolls of tape could be seen on a table in the background as the team worked to create the makeshift Balenciaga bodysuit.

Kim also included a snap of rolls of duct tape being placed on a table next to Balenciaga’s Hourglass handbag, which was also almost entirely covered in duct tape.

In another image, the Balenciaga TV personality’s wrap-around sunglasses and heels were seen in individual shoe bags alongside a rendition of the warning tape ensemble.

The socialite later uploaded a snap in which she could be seen backstage raising her arms as assistants pulled the designer tape up her arms and around her waist.

The mother-of-four also shared videos from the runway show and added three warning sign emojis.

Kim rocked the avant-garde look on the red carpet as she caused a stir at the star-studded event.

The New York Times fashion director Vanessa Friedman tweeted a photo of Kim from the show and wrote, “Kim Kardashian at the #Balenciaga show wrapped in Balenciaga packing tape. She makes a sticky sound when she walks.”

She later added another snap of the businesswoman. “Side view of Kim in her Balenciaga packing tape outfit,” Vanessa tweeted.

Ahead of the show, Balenciaga Creative Director Demna Gvasalia said the show was a tribute to the embattled country of Ukraine.

In an Instagram statement, Demna, who is himself a refugee from the former Soviet Union country of Georgia, said he was considering canceling the show following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

“I briefly considered canceling the show which I and my team have been working hard on and have all been looking forward to,” he wrote.

“But then I realized that canceling this show would mean giving in and surrendering to the evil that has been hurting me so badly for almost 30 years. I decided that I could no longer sacrifice parts of myself to this senseless, heartless war of the ego.

“This show needs no explanation. It is a commitment to fearlessness, to resistance and to the triumph of love and peace.”

Demna and his team, including those caring for Kim, were dressed in the Ukrainian colors of yellow and blue.

All 525 seats at the fair were decorated with Ukrainian flags. The show featured Salma Hayek and her husband François-Henri Pinault, Diplo, Alexa Demie, Lil Baby, A$AP Ferg and Isabelle Huppert.

At the show, Salma donned a blue and yellow flag dress, which was also worn by several of Demna’s employees.

The 55-year-old actress posted a photo of herself smiling next to Kim.

She wrote in the caption “@balenciaga #pfw” and added emojis of the Ukrainian flag and a dove.
