Minnesota will play at the Harvard Invitational

Minnesota will be participating in their final tournament of the fall season this weekend and will be participating in the Harvard Invitational. The tournament will take place in Cambridge, Massachusetts and will include Harvard, Boston University and Boston College in addition to the Gophers. The game will be played on 3 days, from November 5th to 7th. When the weather is nice, gameplay takes place in the Beren Tennis Center, while indoor games are offered on the Murr Center tennis courts. Minnesota will be sending all 9 players and will resume competition after their last tournament in Iowa City.

Tournament format

The tournament will be a hidden double format with teams going head-to-head against each other. The Gophers play one of the Massachusetts teams every day, with the number of participants varying based on player availability. Minnesota meets Harvard on Friday at 3:30 p.m., Boston College on Saturday at 2:00 p.m., and Boston University on Sunday at 9:00 a.m.

Attendees

The Gophers send 9 players to Massachusetts. After the last competition in Iowa, Minnesota will be looking to end its fall season on a happy note. Rachel Hanford led the way at ITA Central Regional and reached the quarterfinals of the single game.
